"I've been seeing Dr. MacDonald for many years and am quick to refer him to anyone seeking help for pain. He helped my cousin find relief after a really bad car accident and we are both forever grateful."
"This chiro knows what he's actually doing. I am actually finally finding relief! He actually looked at my imaging and took imaging on the spot unlike my previous chiro. My previous chiros business (rhymes with lanced) just started adjusting me and in-fact caused me more damage to the point where I was hurting intensely, couldn't walk and ended up stuck in bed with severe pain. Cascade didn't even lay a hand on me until they got the full picture. They have all the equipment one could need, lasers, heat treatment, industrial TENS units along with the ability to preform a CORRCT AND PROPER ADJUSTMENT. The other place wasn't even doing the techniques right and kept pushing for me to endure the pain of the incorrect adjustment in the guise that repeat adjustments of this kind would actually be beneficial in the long run in order get more mobility in the joint. How is that possible if there is so much inflammation that your treatment causes more damage each time? Cascade actually sits down with you and treats you like a human, not like something to be processed on a conveyor belt just to get more people through to bill the insurances more. Human bodies are variable and respond to treatments differently and a particular treatment might not work for you. Cascade will actually listen to you and your needs. It might take a sec to become a client, but once you do, you'll be glad you did. Cascade offers comprehensive back care from massage, chiropractic treatment and pt. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. But if you do have to for insurance reasons? Please research what a REAL chiropractor should offer. And if they don't listen to you and push a treatment on you that causes pain? Run!"
"The staff at Cascade Health Center are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands today during my first chiropractic appointment. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning for care."
"Amazing. The staff was kind, helpful and very supportive of my inexperience in this type of health care setting. The moment I walked into their office everything was explained to me in great detail. From the time I checked in at the front desk to back in the Dr's office, my questions were answered before I ever asked a single one. Very experienced and compassionate professionals."
"I'm incredibly impressed with Dr. MacDonald. I've been having back and neck pain since around 2014, been to several acupuncturists, chiropractors and physical therapists since, as insurance will allow, and not only did Dr. MacDonald narrow down all my years of pain to my spine being slightly out of wack, but he compared my x-ray to that of a normal spine, was very thorough in his explanations and theories about what was going on with me, and even brought up articles from medical journals about my issue and how it's related to other physical issues I've been having in the last decade. And he still had time in that hour to take new X-rays, measure them while I watched, gave me a pad to put in my shoe under my heel, retook x-rays right after, and measured the new X-rays again to demonstrate his point. He also had time to snap-crackle-pop my ribs and neck a bit before I left. It blew my mind to realize that it hasn't been an issue with my nerves and muscles this whole time like I'd been hearing from other chiropractors and the physical therapist, but that my bones are the issue that actually needs addressed. Simply inserting the heel pad into my shoe and seeing the before and after X-rays and measurements got me completely on board with his theory. He has obviously dealt with this kind of issue a lot and I honestly have never had a doctor actually show me medical articles to back up their theory before. That was awesome! I have a follow up appointment next week to see how well the simple change of the pad in my shoe works, but I'm loving Cascade Health Center so far! I initially just chose to go here for basic chiro or physical therapy or massage maintenance for my back and neck pain since I'd considered it mostly resolved by now and left feeling like I gained more information about the last decade of my physical ailments in one hour than I have in the entire decade from other health professionals."
