Pain GPS Clinic
About the Business
Pain GPS Clinic is a private practice located at 1605 Oak Street in Eugene, Oregon. Patients are referred to us for a variety of reasons and with a variety of insurances, and some do not need a referral to schedule an appointment. We provide comprehensive care with a multidisciplinary perspective, offering complete evaluation, treatment recommendations, coordination of care, and alternative approaches when usual options fail.
Accepted insurances include Medicare, AARP, Cigna, and First Choice, among others. We do not accept HealthNet, Medicaid, VA/Tricare/Triwest/Champs, or Workmen's Comp. Our clinic focuses on chronic pain care and was founded in 2020 during the COVID19 crisis.
We emphasize individualized care delivered in an open-minded, compassionate, and supportive environment. Our goal is to improve function and quality of life for our patients. Free parking is available at "Oak Parking" accessible from Oak Street & Pearl Street. We are located on the first floor inside the courtyard.
For patients in need, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-SAFE or TTY: 1-800-787-3224) is available to guide callers to local resources. Our clinic also offers a variety of therapies and resources, including books such as "The Brain that Changes Itself" by Norman Doidge, MD, and "The Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel A. van der Kolk, MD.

Reviews
"Vanessa and her staff are absolutely the best very kind and caring, I have never had any bad visits I would recommend Pain GPS to anyone looking for help with pain issues"
"I can't say enough good things about this practice. After years of seeing doctors about chronic pain and being ignored, Vanessa was the only person to make an effort to help me. She read through tons of chart notes, connected me with important physicians, and has played a major role in my recovery."
"Flakes, give your UA but staff doesn't show up because they are too high. They don't follow thru on follow ups with your doctors. I've never seen such an un professional clinic in the medical field. No one returns calls or answers questions. Entire staff needs UA exams and should not be practicing in medicine. I see this a lot, no one on this staff is drug tested or the flake in charge. Oregon medical board needs to manage their medical practitioners more, most are on pot with a federal license or on something worse. Sad to see this so often. OMG, Oregon Neurology, these places need drug testing for the staff."
