"It's horrible when you have had a care doctor for years and you have to start seeing someone else who is only a PC. And not a MD And they decide to change up yr meds and everything your usual DOCTOR HAS DONE FOR YEARS. It's not right to have to visit once a month when usually it's every 3 months when the visit causes extreme pain on your body. Then the PC. dose not have the time to even talk with you or look at any medical concerns you may have. Reception is awesome though. Lol"
"Everyone here is so friendly and the staff is nice and professional. They greet you and make you feel comfortable. The nurses & Doctors are nice and caring and will answer any questions or concerns. The only thing I would complain about is the waiting to get in. Other then that I love it here."
"Dr.Mueller has been great from the moment I met him. I have a lot of conditions that aren't for just an average doctor and he has been on top of everything going on with me since day one. Glad I switched to this clinic and have such a great team to help me with my health."
"They delay refilling your medications and then blame the pharmacists. The patient care coordinator" is condescending and will speak to you like you're 8. The RN is equally dismissive and patronizing and will tell you that side effects you're experiencing are likely in your head. The only genuinely caring people here have left so you're not likely to find any compassion or respect for your autonomy coming from staff or care providers. I do not recommend them at all."
"The waiting area and the front desk aren't amazing, but my doctor is! She's Doctor Hacker and she's awesome! She's always really nice and has this superbe jovial attitude. She constantly cracking jokes and reassuring me in some way. I always feel in good hands when I'm in for a visit. I don't think you can get a better doctor! :)"
