"No matter how much a person loves dogs, they do not belong in a medical office. One was roaming around the office and rested its head on my lap in the waiting room, then later had to be moved out of the way so the door could be closed once I was called in for my appointment. I found it both irritating (literally as I have moderate allergic reaction to pet dander) and unprofessional. There was also some sort of air "freshener" in the office that irritated my nose and throat. Fragrance products of any kind are another thing I don't believe belong in any kind of medical office. They are a barrier to access to healthcare for people who suffer from allergies, asthma, MCS, and a multitude of other conditions."

"I started seeing Clair in August 2019, she was treating my back neck and arm from a car accident. She is the best Physical Therapist I have ever worked with. She is very kind, warm hearted, a great person to carry a conversation with. She cares about each patient like they are family. She helps encourage you and push you to your limits to help you get better. She is always happy and cheery which helps make you in a better mood even in pain. She carry's conversations with you to help take your mind off your pain or problems. She truly cares how you feel physically and try’s her best to help you. She helped me threw so many dark days of pain physically and mentally. I was not only in an accident from someone hitting me, but I lost 6 family members in a short period of time, she helped me threw my pain both physically and mentally. On days where I was in more pain then normal she did her best to make and extra slot to help squeeze me in to try to take care of my back pain.
