"Dr. Shelly Russel Surkie will not get your child's medication in when it is due. If your child has ADHD or any thing that requires a monthly medication that they can't go without she will not get it sent to the pharmacy properly. In the five months my children have been going to here 3 times she didn't send in my childs ADHD medicine and two of those times on a weekend and no one else can do it so once again my child has to miss a school day because his ADHD makes it so he won't sit and he is bouncing off the walls. As a mother Im very disappointed that this doctor can't just do the basics of her job.if you care about your child please don't have her as their doctor."
