"I always love coming to Northwest Integrative Medicine! For the first time in years I have found true pain relief that is long-lasting, improved energy levels, and everyone is so kind and helpful!"
"Used to be a great place. Now it's HORRIBLE! Massive billing issues and don't waste your time trying to figure it out with anyone who works there. Ask why so many Dr's and patients have left in the last six months."
"NWIM is the Holy Grail of healthcare!! Absolutely Life Changing! With Dr. Maeghan and NWIM, I feel heard, seen and cared for at every visit. If you are exhausted and have tried everything else, know there is hope , health and better days ahead. It starts at NWIM. I am forever grateful!"
"Been meaning to write this for a little bit- if they open up to new patients I would highly recommend this establishment. Dr Megan (I'm butchering the spelling) is a really good and compassionate doctor. She has given me oodles of great advice on how to be healthy and helped me through at least a half dozen weird middle-aged medical issues that i have encountered. They went above and beyond helping me to resolve a weird bill with their new in-house billing department. Awesome. The people who work at the front were really nice to me also. I had on a san Francisco t-shirt and it was nice that one of the girls said they were a fan of SF. I get so tired of hearing people trash my favorite city it was a nice change. Just really a positive experience overall."
"I was elated to find Dr. Pace, a fantastic HAES-minded provider, AND listened to my mental health concerns. However, she ended up leaving the practice after only two mths of having her as my primary, and she was pretty new as of December. I was moved to Dr. McLendon, whom I only met via Telehealth, so I couldn't get a good feel for them, but not as attentive as Dr. Pace. Today, I had my second appt with Dr. McLendon, and she told me she was leaving as well! I'm beyond frustrated! It's so hard to find an office that actually listens, and since 03/03, both of my providers have transitioned out! I was informed today that several providers have left over the last three months, so it sounds like the practice isn't as great as I hoped. I will be going elsewhere b/c I'm not going to keep going through the same situation repeatedly - my mental health is too important!"
