"Saying they are shady is an understatement. Mr Balog yells at his staff when they make mistakes in front of the patient!!!! He pushes his meds on you even when you don't want to take anything that strong. Avoid this place."
"Dr.Balog & his Np are scandelous, I was dismissed as a patient with no explanation just a letter with no tapering instructions. I tried several times to reach out with no call backs his nurse practitioner even asked if we would meet him outside the office @ his home to give us meds and only would accept cash??? Dr. Balog( Baloney) has been disciplined by the board for multiple infractions including mismanagement of opiods & negligence of his patients.Its all on the Oregon Medical Board website. They think they are gods."

"My wife and I moved to Tigard from Connecticut about a year and a half ago to be closer to our new Granddaughter and Family and have had severe chronic back pain for at least seven years. So severe, that I retired earlier than planned and took a huge hit on my retirement income but I really did not have much of a choice unfortunately. Subsequently, over the years, went to a different back surgeon, chiropractor, pain management and even tried CBD to deal with the pain but received minimal relief and the pain meds were taking a toll on my body as well. Met Dr Balog and his staff and began several treatments over this time that were not offered to me in CT and most recently received an Abbott spinal cord stimulator that seems to be doing more than I could have ever hoped for as far as pain management is concerned. Doctor Balog and his entire staff have been a Godsend to me and I would recommend this practice without any reservation to anyone who suffers from chronic pain or injury. "Great Doctors! Dr Joe Knaus let’s me decide with him on my treatment plan, we have a open honest commitment to my care. Dr Balog has done injections which helped quite a bit with my pain levels. I am very appreciative of the care I receive . The nurses are all very responsible respectful and just pleasant. Definitely recommend this practice!"
