"Actually less than one star! I was sent to this clinic by Providence for a knee joint problem and was given a shot of Cordisone and all was well and they had me come back about 10 days later for an injection of Gel solution in the same joint so it would last a long time but they had me sign a release about 2 minutes before the injection and I should have know what was coming. I could not open my right had at all the next morning and all of my joints hurt. I was having a systemic reaction to the Gel and the doctor did admit that they had problems with this Gel with other people. I am 80 years old and I did not need these problems. The injection was on I believe the 8th of August 2023 and it is now Feb 14 2024 and I am still having the bad reaction to the Gel and doctor Trimberger told me that I would probably have to wait it out for it to resolve itself and it should eventually get better. I am on medicare and they send us review notes every month or so and when the review came for this interaction I finally figured out why the injection of gel. The Cordisone injection on July 28 they billed Medicare $12.00 for the injection and on the same invoice was a bill for the Gel injection on August 8th was $1500.00 The company Sports Medicine Oregon was pushing the Gel injections to increase there bottom line. Thanks for the pain that I still have all these months later and have no idea when it will stop, Sports Medicine Oregon!"

"Broke my thumb and worked with it for 2 years until it was really good and messed up. Went to see Dr. Hamilton. He was very direct, "We'll do this, this, and this, then 6 months of PT, and you'll be back at about 90% of previous function. It all went exactly as he said except the thumbs function is almost 100%. 8 years later, I came back for a shoulder joint & severed bicep tendon repair. Great results, 9 months of PT, and back to hard physical work. Back at 100%"

"Dr Murphy told me to schedule a follow up with him knowing he was leaving the practice at the end of the week. He talks at you, asks if you have questions then doesn’t answer them. The front office never answer the phone (in fact no one answers the phone except their answering service who can’t help you with anything) and they don’t return calls. They have a patient app but the forgot password does not work. They say they do good work (I’m not a doctor so I can only take their word) and hopefully that is true because their professionalism and empathy is 0. I will be so glad when I never have to deal with this company again. Physicians Assistant Lyn was the only bright spot. He was kind and listened."

"Got my 2nd opinion for my rotator cuff tear and tendon slips with DR. Adam Heisinger! He was very straight forward but also extremely detailed with my MRI and what he’d be doing in surgery! I’ve never had a surgeon so up front and detailed! Very smart, informative and passionate! This was my first visit at this establishment/ location. I waited nearly two weeks for the office to call and get me scheduled like the doctor told me would. I ended up calling shortly after that wait and left a message to try and get scheduled and I never got a call back from the office/ scheduler. I was very disappointed!! I ended up contacting another surgeon and was immediately scheduled for surgery. 5 STAR review for Dr Adam H. 0 STAR review for the schedulers/ office/ this sports medicine clinic."

"My husband sustained a injury at work that is caused by repetitive motion to his shoulder and was referred here after seeing 2 other Doctors. One Doctor he was seeing for relief from the pain of his injury and the other Doctor referred him to a Doctor here because he no longer performs surgery. He had a MRI that revealed he has a severe labrum tear with partial muscle detatchment that needs surgery to fix it. We came 30 minutes early for his appointment to fill out paperwork on a tablet that took 2 minutes to do. We waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before going back to the exam room. Once we were in the exam room we spoke with Ashley (she was the best part of the visit because she was the nicest person we had contact with here) followed by someone coming in to do a exam. After said exam, we waited another 30 minutes while the Doctor supposively looked over his MRI and XRays. After waiting 30 minutes, the Doctor came in the room and talked AT me for 2 minutes. Then prescribed physical therapy. The Doctor has never met my husband before and the only questions he asked were where he lives and what insurance he has follwed by saying it will be hard to prove his injury happened at work. He was not given an opportunity to ask any questions as the Doctor just left the room when he was done speaking. Our whole experience was very unprofressional and we left feeling like the Doctor was very money hungry. This whole experience was very disappointing after the Doctor came very highly recommended. We will not be returning."
