"Dr Chadwick is excellent and on time and office staff were good and helpful. However, when I tried to make an appointment, their crazy scheduling system kept me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. There is apparently no customer service on the phone lines! I am tired of medical businesses doing this and wasting my time on hold due to being understaffed and likely saving money."
