"This is a horrible ran facility in wilsonville. I finally had to leave and am very happy at the tualatin location. Ermita A I would definitely stay away from. She is not a good person or doctor and should not be practicing. Made my all ready tough situation much worse. The only dr I've ever had an issue with. The staff there was not much better unfortunately. Just not caring or sympathetic at all."

"This is the worst caring facility . Why have insurance when your doctors do not even care about your well being? They simply love to do the visits and visits and more visits now with virtual even worse they simply care to make money and charge our insurance company for it even if follow up they require they charged regulars visits prices. You have a doctor assigned to you but all you get on your virtual visits are nurses and they charge the same price for it. So disappointed in the lack of care from this facility it is only about $$ not our health or needs. If you want bad healthcare go to this location if you want better care go elsewhere."

"I am appalled by not only the care and communication, but the lack of preparation and concern this clinical has. It's sad to say you can't rely on a physician and his staff to relay messages, complete tasks, or get return calls. This is more directed towards Dr.Shah and his nurses we came in contact with. My s.o. has been ill and we rely on his primary care physician to assist in his care or those stepping in for him when he is out. Their was no urgency even when calling out to the clinic numerous times and the nurses are very dismissive. He has a complex case and when he has lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight you would think this would raise red flags... It is extremely heart breaking to believe that the medical field has come to this. Where patients come second to the staff and physician. This is how we have felt during his care under this clinic and I do NOT reccomend this doctor unless you just want someone to confirm you have a cold. He is still very young and has a lot to learn. We are now having to search for a new PCP. Oh and thanks for lying in your recent notes about his recent visit and my thanking you for all you have done... I never said that; actually told him "I don't know what to do, I need help." At least 5x. Covering yourself for the obscene care and tardiness you have provided us. Don't go here, please. :("

"Dr. Shah is the most compassionate, caring and patient doctor. I don't understand some of these reviews. I have been going here for years and started out with Dr. Ermita who is also great just has a very high patient panel. I have worked inside this clinic and they go above and beyond for the quality care of their patients."

"I really don't understand all the bad reviews. I have been a patient here for a few months now and have never been happier! Dr Shah actually listens to me. And the front staff has always greeted me with a smile. I thoroughly enjoy this place. I would completly recommend, but I don't want it to get too busy!"
