"Destination fees are absurd. At check in they added on a $34 “destination fee.” I understand why they did it but it is still ridiculous to me that they aren’t more transparent with their pricing at the time of booking. Trying to make up for it by giving a credit for the bar/restaurant is ridiculous as well. WiFi did not work in the room and I was across from a housekeeping supply closet so whenever their door closed the head board clanked against the wall. I also had a housekeeper open and try to enter the room without knocking while I was coming out of the shower. Good location, close to transit and the bed was great. The other negatives outweigh these items though."

"One of my favorite places to stay when in Portland! Lovely, clean, and modern hotel in a great location to get anywhere in Portland and with great food / cafes around. The service is absolutely lovely - really nice people who seem to genuinely care, like Cory from the lounge. The lounge is great too - appreciate the variety of snacks available and the delicious hot breakfast (especially those chocolate croissants)! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need plus a little more personality and color than a classic all white hotel room. 10/10 recommend!"

Special thanks to Ian at the front desk for going out of his way to make our trip to Portland one to remember. Honestly, even though we can't remember the names of the other staff we encountered, everyone was 5-Star."

"Check in was very easy. We opted not to use valet, which we regret because our car got broken into in a parking garage but we knew was a risk. The hotel upgraded our room which was a nice surprise so we got a view of the city. Rooms and rest of the hotel were clean, service in the restaurant was amazing and so was the food. Prices were to be expected. Liked that you had to have a room key in order to use the elevator. The location is downtown which has some pros and cons. We did not use the fitness center, but wished they had a hot tub or spa. We knew going in they did not, but would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We booked a last minute stay for the night of our wedding. When I called to ask how late we can check in Levi put me on hold for a second and let me know he made a note and everything will be amazing. He did not disappoint!! We had, what I believe, was the best room and the best view. Our stay was short but they made it magical for our wedding night! When I checked in Ian helped us and was super friendly and so sweet. We will for sure be back ! 100% great experience and such amazing service. Beautiful views. Thank you for everything Levi and Ian!!!"
