Motel 6 Pendleton West,

"Rooms are spacious. No micro-rooms here. Quietest Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. UPDATE: Upon checkout, a photo was sent of a washcloth with a dark stain. They took $10 from my deposit. Mind you, the stain came from using the washcloth to clean a sticky substance off the desk that was "overlooked" during their cleaning."

"No frills cheap place to stay. Easy check in and the room was clean. Mattress was too firm and I wished there would have been a travel crib available to use."

"I stayed for three night at this hotel and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life at any motel. First I went to check in and they told me I had to wait another hour before they could check me in. That was OK but weird. On top of that I was in the lobby for 20 minutes until i had to find a maid and tell her that Noone was on the office. She had to go find the front desk worker for me. After that they kept calling my room asking how many people were in my room because I had visitors. Mind you, it's only 10:30 at night on a Friday and the front desk lady tells me that it's past visiting hours. Since when does a motel have visiting hours. Last I knew I paid for my room and I should be able to come and go as I please which I did anyways. How rediculous!!! The maids don't have good cleaning carts or supplies. They are things you buy at Walmart and their cleaning cart was a grocery store shopping cart. What the he'll is going on? I will never rent a room there again. And the front desk lady is very rude."

"Really nice updated Motel 6 with an interesting tri-level layout. It's conveniently located near varied selection of restaurants and the GM at the desk was really helpful with that and more. The room was lovely. The bathroom well kept and everything clean and comfortable. Note that this is the "West" Motel 6 in Pendleton, OR. We happened to choose it because it was a couple of bucks cheaper than the East version and a few miles closer to our ultimate destination."

"The room was still dirty when I checked into the room. The lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills. When I made my reservation on the phone. I told them that it would be 2 adults in the room. The lady at the front desk came by my room to tell me that my visitors had to leave at 9:00. I tried to explain I paid for two adults in this room. We was not causing any problems with anyone around us at all. She told me that he has to leave and if I argue with her I had to leave too. So I left the room and will never go back to this place again!!!!!"
