"Terrible experience, it was my mother's birthday and I wanted to order her some flowers. She lives in the middle of no where so she was coming into town for birthday dinner she was to pick them up at 7pm. Got a confirmation email that they were ready for pick up. My mom gets there and they tell her they don't have an order like that. Thanks for wasting my mom's time on her special day. Don't recommend especially floral department"
"This Safeway is amazing and I have nothing but good words to say about them, especially the drive up order staff. They are so considerate and accommodating. I have two babies and needed an order sooner than what the app would let me and they got right on it. Every time I use the drive up the staff is so friendly and happy. Always willing to help. The only thing I would change is to allow them to accept tips!! I try to tip them but they aren’t allowed to take. These guys deserve to at least take tips. Amazing place with amazing staff."
