"This place is like an ordinary D & B but the customer service is extraordinary. I was passing through and ended up buying some boots for myself that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault) and I needed to return them and find the correct size. Brittany was helping me in the store and said to call if I had any trouble with making a return. I feel like everyone says to, “call if you have trouble,” but Brittany actually meant it. I called and not only did she help sort out the return but called other stores to find the boot that I needed. She then kept me up to date on her search until a solution was reached. She certainly went above and beyond and I don’t even live in Pendleton. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had!"
