"Wow! I have used this pharmacy for years and have always been very pleased with the service. I just called to request a refill and the woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant. So disappointing. Just be nice people! Yokes is my go to for shopping and they typically have the best people working there! I hope they see this review and address the issue."

"Working with these guys may actually harm you. I just had medication changed by my PCP. I go to pick it up at Yoke's, who told me it would be ready in just a moment's time, and go about my way. However, they refused to dispense without proof of disposal of my current medications, which I had already done. They, however, now demand that I somehow provide proof of disposal. Because I didn't record myself disposing of the medication with a copy of the current day's newspaper as proof that they are long in the trash, I can't get my meds filled. So, that means I don't have my previous meds or the meds my PCP just prescribed. Keep in mind that the think tank that is Yoke's Pharmacy doesn't have a disposal so I couldn't have even done it there in the first place. Great job, guys! We have already had to begin moving our daughter's medications to Rite Aid as well because she's type-1 diabetic and in need of life-saving medications and instruments and they have been an absolute pain trying to coordinate the supply of these. From not following through with their promises, to not letting us pick-up supplies if it is a day early, and not communicating issues that have risen, it's too much of a risk for my daughter to rely on such ignorant foolishness. It would be irresponsible for me as a parent to use this pharmacy anymore. At least mine isn't fatal. P.S. Cassandra, in a display of pure customer service, wrote notes on my medication for all pharmacies to see that I did not have proof of disposal which may cause issues elsewhere. Thanks, Cassandra! Sorry that I wasn't willing to dive through a pharmaceutical disposal to find my pills and count them out to you as proof. Get bent."

"Gave wrong prescription - gave anti seizure brain medication instead of anti-biotics. They never call when a prescription is ready for pickup, so you have to guess . They have limited hours compared to a Walgreens, they close earlier at this Yokes pharmacy than even the other Yokes in Tri-Cities. I keep updating my phone number but they insist on calling my ex-wife's number (when they do call, which isn't very often)."

"I was unable to talk due to a dental procedure. I was told to pick up my medications right away and when I arrived the pharmacist said she didn’t have the prescription and walked away from me. The technician also walked away when I had the Dentist on the phone and I couldn’t talk well enough to explain the issue. The staff created an avoidable hardship. Overall disappointed."

"I have been using Yokes as my pharmacy of choice for many years. The last few months the service has gone down hill . When picking up my RX , she is not friendly , very impatient and rude. There have been times I sent my wife to pick up , because I’m working. And she has been hassled several times with rude customer service also. I try not to judge on one experience. We are human have have bad days. This has been a constant. Time to find a new pharmacy"
