"Ive had more problems with Their Pharmacy and Pharmacist. My primary Doctor with Kadlec, has Faxed over my medications For Years. More Recently the Pharmacist has had a problem with the (way my doctor has written the prescription)?? He has Called my Doctor in the last Two Years, many different times regarding my medications and has caused me problems with My Doctor, My Nurses, My medical Insurance than I have ever had. I've Finally had to Move my business Elsewhere! I have to say, The Problem is with the Pharmacy Manager I"
"Horrible customer service! I had post op meds that took all day to get. When I called on the phone they said it was my fault they called me and left a message. I have no message or missed call. I said that and was irritated. When I went to pick up my meds only one was ready and my consultation from the pharmacist was getting told off and told not to come back since I was mean. This pharmacist and the rest other than Cody are rude and a joke. The pharmacist said they are there to protect but he just ripped into someone who is very depressed and just went through surgery. Never got my consultation for either of my meds that I just picked up"
"WORST PHARMACY IN THE TRI-CITIES. I thought I would give them a second chance so that is my mistake. Today walked up to pick up a prescription that was ready that my child has been taken for almost a year (the ex wife usally picks it up). I paid for it and then I was told that a pharmacists had to talk to me about it and it was hung behind the counter. After 5 min of watching one pharmacists on the phone then another give a shot and go back to filling prescription while other people walk up and pay for there prescription and receive there prescriptionand leave while I wait. A pharmacists came over and handed me the prescription and asked if I had any questions. NO my child has been taking this for almost a year and you have been the one filling it since day one. Last time they wanted all my personal information (address, phone number and ID) to fill a prescription for mouth wash. I went across the street and paid out of pocket (because they did not except my insurance) and had it fill no questions asked. That place is the worst and I will not be back!"
"The Pharmacist is EXCELLENT most of the staff is great. For the people who complain you should notice they are very busy and you need to slow down and relax. These are human beings and I've never seen anyone just standing ."
"I hate I even had to put one star. Most of the staff are at the drop off window are rude! A "window" itself should invite the staff to ask the customer "how can I help you?" But most the staff do not know what the word HOSPITALITY means! Right off the bat, they asked me their routine questions. When I would try to ask a question, they would cut me off in mid-sentence. They were so rude to my elderly mother-in-law that they had her cry. She had came to pickup my husband(her 60yr old son's) RX. He had dropped off the RX 3 days prior, knew he would be have to have her pick it up and had gave gave the staff permission to release the prescription to her. They tried to tell her she didn't have it, asked for the birth date and told her she wasn't giving the right birthday(She gave birth to him!). The staff needs to take a hospitality course!"
