"Reliance pharmacy really goes above and beyond. It's too bad they're not open on Sunday....but yeah, great staff! Ty Reliance!"
"We switched from Fred’s to Reliance and we have not been disappointed. They send out text when the prescription is ready and they also provide free delivery once a month. They are super fast and efficient. What a great switch from big pharmacy to locally owned pharmacy. SWITCH! You won’t be disappointed."
"Word on the street is the head pharmacist got popped by the feds stealing tons of pain medication. (Not to mention is a total *******.)Quite a temper on this one..yelling at customers, turning away patrons,, its a wonder they are in business at all. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this laughing stock of a pharmacy. This is not an honest business"
"I receive prescriptions from Reliance Pharmacy. Today, when talking to the pharmacist about refilling a prescription, I was yelled at and hung up on twice. There was a situation last month when I was told there were no refills on my prescription. After an all day hassle to fill prescription, I was told the refill was there the whole time and they just hadn’t looked far back enough? This month i was told the same thing and I asked him if he checked back far enough. I was cut off, he raised his voice, and began to tell me that he knew how to do his job, that he wouldn’t argue with me. I said “sir, I was just asking you a question” and then I was hung up on. My prescriber is pregnant and working from home. Last month it was a huge mess trying to get a message to her. She had given them the refills in advance, knowing she’d not be at work. I was in tears and had to call my dad, my dad wanted his name. I called back and asked them if they’d faxed over a request for refill and lady said they just had done that. I earlier, did try to explain my situation to the pharmacist but was interrupted many times. He was rude and mean. I asked the lady for his name, she was silent then put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on me. Called right back and he said “this is the pharmacist” asked him his name and how to spell, he sounded so angry I had to ask twice. I receive medications from them for mental disorders and they are very important to my wellbeing. It’s hard to feel intimidated and bullied by the person who ultimately has the power to control whether I receive those very important medications."
"the delivery service is so bad its unusable. most often the delivery driver will just give up and not tell you, and this most recent time i called them back to give better directions for him because he said he was having trouble and they randomly told me i verbally abused the driver. i honestly really cant figure out where that came from and as someone who is disabled and needed my medication today and now wont be getting it, i am obviously really frustrated with how inaccessible this service is and would suggest you go elsewhere if you are also disabled and very dependant on getting your meds on time."
