Costco Pharmacy

"Costco is great! But there pharmacy in Kennewick Wa, is not friendly. I needed a prescription transfer since they had my medication in stock and Costco said they will request in 3 days. They just dont seem to care about the customers."

"Ok, fist off I LOVE Costco but their pharmacy is probably one of the WORST as far as customer service is concerned. This is based off of several pick up experiences. The staff isn’t very friendly, they sit and chat with customers while there’s people waiting in line to pick up their prescriptions, and yes we can hear enough of the conversations from line to not mistake it for RX related conversations. They have zero sense of urgency and are incredibly slow and generally unfriendly. All in all their customer service in the pharmacy is subpar at best, which is quite a letdown for Costco‘s high standards."

"The younger lady at the counter has the WORST attitude I have ever encountered. With everyone in line. For a membership based service, Costco should absolutely be embarrassed that this employee is representing the pharmacy. The pharmacist herself was awesome, very nice. The woman at the counter is going to cost you business. I see that I am not the first review in relation to this womans demeanor."

"I have never had problems with a Costco pharmacy until I started using this one. They are horrifically negligent and have a flippant attitude about it. it’s disgusting. There is no accountability and no care. They have the worst communication if any at all of any pharmacy I have ever used. I will NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone!"

"Costco strives to have the best Generic brands at the best price! They made it easy to file my insurance. They are always polite when calling to fill a prescription. Lines to pick up move quickly and efficiently. Thank you Costco for offering this service!"
