Walmart Pharmacy

"I just started using this pharmacy and there's already been some problems. I'm not getting notifications when my prescriptions are ready even though I'm signed up. I've been there several times to try and get one of my prescriptions. They were waiting for the doctor office to respond. It just got taken care of after I was there and it wasn't ready yesterday afternoon. For some reason when my doctor office inquired about it this morning the pharmacy told them it's been ready for 2 days, which is not true. It hasn't even been 24 hours. Also there was 6 people working in the pharmacy yesterday but none of them were at the counter helping people. They were all back there talking to each other. I waited for almost 20 minutes and I was at the front of the line."

"I was so appreciative of Judy in the pharmacy. My doctors office messed up and sent my prescriptions to three different pharmacies! Needless to say, it was a nightmare. By the time I got to Walmart I was sobbing. Judy was so compassionate. I had been on the phone trying to figure out how to get everything straightened out but my doctors office was closed that day. Judy let me know that she was going to get it all figured out and would make sure to put a rush on filling them. Just as promised, 20 minutes later I received a text letting me know my order was ready! I don’t know how she untangled the mess but she went above and beyond for me. Thank you, Judy!"

"Excellent customer service, especially compared to the nearby Walgreens on Mohawk Blvd. For a couple of years my insurance company required me to patronize Walgreens instead of Walmart. But after many occasions of slow, inefficient and a sometimes rude Walgreens pharmacist, I lobbied my insurance company to allow me to go back to the Walmart pharmacy. Thankfully, it was approved."

"Started coming recently and all I have to say is do yourselves a favor is turn around. I'm only attempting to refill my seizure meds and due to the fact that they're "controlled substances", I'm unable to refill them since they messed up the dates. Says right here on the bottle that you printed guys. 2 refills available by 12/17/2022 ,but I can't have it on 11/17/2022. Not to mention today is is 19th??? What? Are yal high on my meds? What the hell. Transfer in process. Thanks again for nothing."

"Arrived second in line at 1:27pm to pickup prescriptions for my father immediately after visiting urgent care. I was told they were about to go on lunch break from 1:30 to 2 pm. I asked" you guys can't just give me the prescription really quick" she rudely replied " The pharmacist needs a lunch break too. " Never said he didn't, was just hoping they could spend 5 minutes, so I could get these much needed prescription to my father and not wait 30 minutes in the parking lot. I mean got there before lunch break and the Dr called half a n hour before as to have the prescription ready."
