"Have had nothing but problems getting my mom's meds. They need to stock up on more meds, several times they didn't have enough pills to fill prescriptions, had to return several times to pick up the rest I get these for my mother and I've had ti take time off work just to get them. Always messing up on dates and quantity and missing pain pills On two different refills."

"Horrible customer service. Should be closed down by the state for the way they speak to customers. In an effort to protect myself and family I have been trying for 2 weeks transfer my prescriptions other places but they refuse to cooperate with my new pharmacy who has called there three times. I have also called there three times. It would take them 2 seconds to speak with the pharmacist at the new pharmacy and transfer the prescriptions but they refuse to even return the call. The reason why they have to return the call is that they never answer the phone at this location. If you want to wait in line and trust me the line will always be 10 to 15 people deep then this is the pharmacy for you but expect to be treated currently and probably yelled at when you eventually get to the counter"

"We switched over to The Albertsons Pharmacy in Thurston when Bi Marts pharmacy closed down. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Even when the line is long they get all the registers going, and get people out quickly. I have even seen the Store Manager Tracy come back to the pharmacy to lend a hand! Just wanted to leave a review to say you guys are doing awesome!!!"
