Customer Survey:

"Update Feb 2023 Much improved staffing level. I always get a person when I call. Great customer service. April 2022 Have had great service in the past, always friendly and helpful, but they do need more staff. The hours posted on Google said closed at 5pm, which I wouldn't be able to make after work. So I waited until Saturday only to find them closed "due to staffing shortages." This means another trip out there."

Autumn Again:

"Closed 1:30-2:00 for lunch every single day. There is no sign to warn you of this; it isn't visible on Google - and Google keeps deleting my correction. Other than that, it's the best Wal-Mart pharmacy I've used. Staff is very friendly and efficient, and now they have curbside pickup. I love this little Walmart pharmacy that is so different from any other."

"Recently released from the hospital and dropped off my prescriptions. The tech said t would have to wait a day due to needing to fax insurance and it was a holiday (understandable). The next day, my boyfriend called to see if they had faxed my insurance for approval and the tech said he had five other people on hold with bigger problems and hung up on him. This is not acceptable. All we wanted was a yes or no answer and this is what we got instead."
