Inn at Wecoma

"Stayed here last weeknd, the rooms were clean but like another review says our stay was non refundable. There was no blankets on the bed when it was cold the day of stay. The breakfast was also horrible they didn’t have much the eggs were hard and rubbery. The pool wasn’t working either, so we had to drive to another location to use their pool. There was lots of noise in the hallways after 10. The guy at the front desk younger man kept complaining about his job when the phones would ring he kept huffing and getting annoyed at the fact that the phone was ringing. I’d say over priced for the breakfast and pool being down. 3/10"

"Pros: The rooms were incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable! The front desk staff was amazing. Also, the shampoo conditioner/ body wash was really good. And the shower worked great. Cons: upon check-in they told us that the pool area was closed for the day. My booking was non-refundable so I didn't want to lose the money so we chose to stay. (The pool/sauna- breakfast, was the main reason I booked to stay there) They did accommodate us and told us that we could go to the pool at another hotel. But we were still disappointed because we weren't notified that the pool area was closed for the day or else we would have never booked the stay. The breakfast was very bare bone. All they had was biscuits and gravy, eggs, bagels, cereal and yogurt. (No protein or fruit.) They also had a shared milk jug. They didn't have the individual milk cartons. We also heard other people complaining about the breakfast. (Normally when I stay at a hotel that has breakfast they have biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt and bagels.) I didn't have any blankets on the bedding. It was more like thin sheets... I've actually never seen that before. We were both very confused. There was plenty of pillows though. It was just weird that we were just sleeping in sheets."

"Let me preface my observations by saying their reception staff are truly amazing . No request was too much and they went out of their way to be very helpful and professional. The older man in the morning on our weekend and younger one early evening … great employees.it was the facilities that were so lacking . Our rooms were clean but cold , no extra blankets were obvious and pillows smelt so musty I couldn’t use them .sofa was saggy and worn . The towels were thin and hard . My fireplace didn’t work. Nor did the TV. …. Tho when I did mention after two days of trying myself the maintenance man was promptly there and fixed both items . My friend wanted to use the pool etc but both jacuzzi and sauna were out of order as was the treadmill and stationary bike . Which I wanted to use . I didn’t think this was acceptable and also noticed the water bottle feature was empty as was the paper towel dispenser. On our third morning my friend and I both gave up on the breakfast. Not able to eat another tasteless scrambled eggs and bagel . Would have been nice to have a banana or apple or a sausage link . I realise it’s winter and you may have been doing yearly maintenance …. But very disappointing."

"Very clean, spacious, modern. Wonderful indoor pool area. Wonderful stay during winter with a nice indoor pool and hot breakfast. We are not gamblers, but they offered us free tickets to a comedy club at the casino and a free ride too, (on Friday and Saturday nights). Thoroughly recommend this hotel in the winter!"

"The staff was extra cool. Let me reschedule a non-refundable room and treated us amazingly well while we were there. Little imperfections like the jets were out on the hot tub and the treadmill was down but totally not a big deal and the overall stay was great. Would totally recommend and will stay there again. Pleasant experience"
