"I really wish that I could give negative stars. I don’t know how this place has not been shut down by the health department it is FILTHY! They have a sign on the back of the door that they will charge you for stained towels but the towels are already stained and dirty or not even washed. The front desk lady is the RUDEST lady I have ever had the misfortune to deal with not just to the customers but to her own father. She was screaming at him! It was incredibly uncomfortable. There are people living here and smoking right outside the room that you have to walk by to get into your room. Which has no deadbolts or chain to lock it. Don’t stay here!"

"This place is awful. Was charged $100 a night and the whole place stunk. Stains on the walls, floor, and bed sheets and covers. Beds smelt like piss and the bathroom was ten times worse. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy."

"We stayed there for 2 nights and our stay was very pleasant. The room was very good for a family of 4. The service was awesome. When we asked the front desk about the tourism activities, the manager was very kind and gave us the detailed information about the places around and helped us to plan. The swimming pool was awesome. It was very clean and kids had total fun. The hot tub was also very clean and we enjoyed. The room service was awesome and they went out of the way to help us with couple of requests. The location is very convenient (On 101, very close to restaurants, Fred Meyer, etc)."
