"Last time I paid out of pocket cause they couldn't figure out the insurance, this time I've been waiting 3 hours so far just to be told it will be another hour. Nice people working here, but that doesn't really excuse the mess. Edit. And insurance is messed up again... This is the only place that can't figure out how to bill the VA."

"Literally the most difficult pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!!!! First they don’t answer there phone at all!!!!!!!, when they get scripts sent to them from the hospital or your doctor they don’t fill it till you get ahold of them to do so which would be fine if they answered there phone instead of going and waiting in a line of 10 or more people for an hour just to tell them you want it filled. Went in today to get a new script I was put on from my dr and they won’t even start to fill it until 24 hours has gone by? What? Never encountered that at a pharmacy. Would never recommend this pharmacy."
