"They're very very slow each and every time I've been there. Not to mention on multiple occasions I've gotten home with the wrong prescriptions, because of a "miscommunication" with a Dr. or a "computer issue". Overall, they perform very poorly at their job in my opinion."

"I have been treated well by the Safeway in West Linn. Yes at times they might be under staffed. I think they are doing the best they can with what they have. No one wants to go to school and take this job that doesn’t pay well as other pharmacies. The staff I’ve had helping me have always been very caring, nice and helpful especially Jamal the new guy. He’s helped now 3x he’s always smiling & very helpful. I do see a lot of turnover. Probably because some people stand in line then get very cranky & rude to the person helping them. I have learned that so many medications are getting harder to find. The shortage is a real thing not Safeways fault! Just be respectful to the person helping you."

"They do not answer their phones. I do not understand how corporate Safeway would put up with this. I called for over an hour when they opened (over 20 back-to-back calls) and they never picked up. I ended up calling the customer service who took my name and number to pass along to them. She stated that "they are never good at answering the phone". Really? It is a known issue and Safeway is not doing anything about it. Looks like it is time to bring my business elsewhere..."

"There are four staff members behind the counter and a line of five customers waiting. No staff person steps in to help and assist waiting customers. Slow service. Inconsiderate. Ineffective."

"The other reviews are correct. They don’t care at all. Waited in line. Then was gruffly told where the line actually started. No signs for where to wait that a first timer would see. I was not well. Could barely stand. No where to sit. Miserable staff member at the counter. Never again."
