"They've always been wonderful and helpful! Despite the bad reviews I saw, they were the closest pharmacy to me so I gave it a shot. They've been helpful and accommodating, helping me get my prescription on time (even at another pharmacy when I needed it sooner). They are VERY understaffed, as all pharmacies are right now. Please be patient and try to prepare for a bit of wait, I've only ever seen them doing their best!"

"I have only experienced long lines here in the 5 years I have been using this pharmacy if I went during peak hour but that's to be expected. The staff is pretty nice but they are not going to stand and talk to you because they got work to do."

"Their automated system will tell you that your prescription will be ready the following day. It won’t be ready. It never is. Prepare to wait one week to fill a prescription. Also, the pharmacy and/or the automated system will not call or text you if they’re out of your medication. They’re often out of my medications. No one cares if you complain. A frequent excuse is that they’re busy. Why then won’t they hire more staff!?! Or, streamline & repair their broken system!?! I’m searching google reviews for a better pharmacy in my area now."

"These guys are super-helpful IF you show up in person, but they simply have TOO many patients AND TOO FEW STAFF, and are sitting right smack dab in one of the biggest elderly enclaves of Portland. It's the perfect storm. Plus their computer system is lame and really old and corporate won't recode the thing in spite of the fact that the employees have been begging them for an overhaul for AGES. As I said, I don't think this issue is the fault of the pharmacists and techs, because every time I see them, they are beavering away to try to clear the logjam of prescriptions & customers waiting in line. And until they instituted the mandatory 30 minute pharmacy closure daily from 1-1:30pm, I don't think ANY of them got their breaks or lunches because of the craziness."
