"Arrogant doctor thinks he is more important than you. Dr Tran enjoys lording his imagined superiority over people. He was "too busy" to authorize prescriptions. He was factually wrong on drug side effects. He misdiagnosed an autoimmune disorder as excema. He talked over me, etc. I think Dr Tran is just upset that other people aren't respecting his imaginary crown. His staff is somehow worse."

Asked to schedule an appointment for a GI referral; after explaining that my cousin doesn’t have health insurance, they tried to explain that it’s gonna cost “$5000.” I tried to confirm if they’re referring to imaging and not the cost of seeing a specialist itself, one of the receptionists interrupted the lady I was speaking with and said “we don’t have time for you. Go find someone else” then just hung up on me."
