"This is a very cool place. With nice people eunning the show. Stay here and catch the bus to cannon beach. This is a great place to stay for travelers with no car coming from Portland."

"A very nice hostel. One of my favourites. The atmosphere is open and relaxed. The owner and those who help her are easy going friendly. You can make a fire outside or rent a kayak. The beach and the center of the village are not far. Hikers: there is a washing machine and dryer."

"This place is wonderful. Met some really cool people traveling from Europe. Definitely will bring some firewood next time. My only complaint was I thought I would have a parking spot with my room and did not and had to park 3 blocks away which luckily this was a quick trip so not very much luggage. Maybe number the parking spots for their unit. Our neighbors had 2 vehicles which made someone take ours. Beautiful view on the back porch. Will definitely try to stay again."

"Stopped in here for a bed on short notice while walking the Oregon Coast Trail. The staff here are all top notch, genuine and friendly. Immediately felt at home and given a tour. The location and price is excellent. Very peaceful spot on the water. Wifi works great. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at and would no doubt love to return for a longer stay in the future."
