"Raphael was just as kind and helpful. Thank you for your support."
"Very helpful people and friendly staff. Definitely there to help the community"
"First, I want to start by saying thanking you for being there for people when they are in need. My mom got behind on her power bill, and so we went to CAC to see if they could help and, sure, enough with a few documents just proving who we were and that, in fact she was behind it only took about maybe 5 min. To tell my mom they would help her. So thank you for that. So this is actually where the review really starts. I really do believe a new building is well deserved. It's time to receive CAC. All of the staff were all so nice and kind. I really wish I could donate to this place because I know there's family's out there who are struggling, and I feel like this place gets looked over for donations. Like I forgot about this place until I went with my mom. The other thing is that when they say they will help you with your power bill, they do, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't take effect for 3 months. Like I said, thank you for doing that, but the reason people come in there is because they CAN'T pay. So when they tell you ok, you need to continue paying your bill. Well, im sorry, that's why they are here, right. So I just wish they could communicate with the PUD, letting them know they are helping, or idk something. I just hope people's power isn't getting shut off in that 3 months waiting time if they have no money to pay. The last thing is the communication my mom went in on Monday they set her appt. Up the following Monday so when we went in, they had no records of her having an appt. Thank gosh my mom kept her appt. Card, which they got her in an hr and a half later, which we were thankful for. It just would have been nice to get in when we were told. Other than that, thank you, CAC, for helping the families you help and continuing to help."
"Well, when you do what you have to do, concern on this program is a high success rate and boy did I have a success story. All of the staff has been amazing through this process. It was rough due to some communication issues, but overall I am so grateful for this agency and the work that they do. I am also so grateful for my caseworker who also did an amazing job you’re looking at someone who has been sleeping in their car for over six months, and now someone having a home thanks to this program. You guys are a heaven time and keep doing what you’re doing."
