"Jason was the nicest! I came by with my kids and he suggested different customizations for all of us. He was so friendly and the drinks were awesome! I'm so grateful for a smiling, friendly face and a great coffee!! He's an absolute treasure."

"Slowest drive-through ever. Don't even have time to enjoy my one drink before work, because they take too long. Never been to a Starbucks that's so slow. Another experience at this starbies. Employees don't know their own recipes, my go-to order is the Iced Chai Latte with Chestnut Praline cold foam. I've asked many times at different locations, the cold foam is NOT supposed to come with the weird topping. Employees keep adding it to my drink. I have to ask for it to be removed. This location didn't top off the cold foam afterwards, leaving me next to zero cold foam, something I paid for. This is the drink as I received it, they removed basically all the cold foam."

"Stopped on the way to Seattle. Relatively new location, very modern and clean. It's near the Joint Bases of Fort Lewis and McCord so they do a great job of honoring our soldiers. The staff was also friendly. Nice stop!"

This is a special location being so close to joint base Lewis-McChord they honor those serving and those who've served. They had a special memorial set up for several past customers."
