"Beware of this pediatric office. I brought my child here for many visits because he was severely swollen and was tossed around through multiple providers, never seeing his. I was made out to be the typical overreactive, overbearing mother but knew in my gut something was wrong. After SEVERAL visits with the same exact symptoms presenting each and every time one provider (who was not my son’s provider) finally caught on and labs work was ordered. When resulted, it revealed child was suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome. Crazy part is, one of the few times my child did see his actual provider, she ordered labs to please me and they were abnormal showing kidney trouble, but she didn’t follow up and look at them - It did not occur that previous labs indicated so until my child started seeing his nephrologist who looked back on previous labs and visits at that office and told me there was evidence that my child had kidney issues for AT LEAST two years prior. My child no longer goes to this office. Spare you time if you want continuity in your child’s care."
"How this place doesn’t have 5 stars is beside me! We were previously at another pediatric clinic who after 3 appointments we left because we weren’t feeling heard and my child continued to show symptoms of sickness. We were recommend to chaos and I’m so incredibly grateful. The staff is phenomenal. Extremely kind and caring. Down to their billing center. They listen to the parents concerns no matter how ridiculous they may sound. And most importantly you’ll leave here feeling like your child is safe and protected. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Any doctor you receive you’re in good hands!"
"We absolutely love this place! Our primary is Dr TJ, but have seen others when he isn’t available. As foster parents, we often get to choose what doctor the child goes to, and we always choose Childhood Health. We have never had any issues with them."
"I can’t say enough about how much we love CHAOS. We started bringing our kiddos here after switching from another pediatric office in the area, following a horrible experience. All providers are personable and make the kids feel as comfortable as possible. Scheduling is quick and easy and there are a number of amazing mental health resources in the office."
"My daughter has been a patient of Brian Mills, PA since she was a couple of months old. She's now 5, and we adore Brian. He takes such wonderful care of her. He speaks with her down at her level and takes the time to really listen and answer her questions. He's also very calm, easy to talk to and is very collaborative. And it's just not Brian. Every urgent appointment we've had over the years, my daughter sees whoever is coverage for that day, and I literally cannot think of ONE provider that we've had an interaction with that wasn't great. MA's are really wonderful as well. Honestly, the front desk is meh, but the good far outweighs the bad. We will never leave Childhood Health!"
