"I love Urban Vapors. I like it so much that I drive from Springfield to Eugene just to come here. They always have everything I need and their customer service is outstanding. For example today my tank has been leaking and I was working with an Associate there named Adam. He to a look add it for and he spent over 30 minutes looking for just the right grommet to fix it. I didn't spend a whole lot of money in here today but it didn't matter to him he was bound and determined the send me on my way with my vape working.Thank you Adam for your patience determination and you're stellar customer service.
