"It’s not a good start when you’re treated as if you are going to commit a crime right when you step through the door. Prices on the register don’t match what’s on the floor. When asked to take my backpack off, I asked “does that mean you take full responsibility if it gets taken?” cashier said “no” and I asked “why would I take it off then?” “because it’s store policy”. I just walked out. I’ll get my morning pick me up somewhere else from now on."

"Hi, so I came into this location one morning to be greeted by this gentleman name Roland who was very welcoming and willing to assist me open heartedly. He was so cool,polite and down to earth by far the best cashier I have encountered in a really long time. Not sure where he went but I miss seeing him in this store early mornings when I come by for coffee."

The staff are always friendly with a smile on their face despite being in downtown Eugene having to face every type of person imaginable. This location is crucial to the downtown nightlife and I so much appreciate all the work they do."
