"It’s not a good start when you’re treated as if you are going to commit a crime right when you step through the door. Prices on the register don’t match what’s on the floor. When asked to take my backpack off, I asked “does that mean you take full responsibility if it gets taken?” cashier said “no” and I asked “why would I take it off then?” “because it’s store policy”. I just walked out. I’ll get my morning pick me up somewhere else from now on."

He was so cool,polite and down to earth by far the best cashier I have encountered in a really long time. Not sure where he went but I miss seeing him in this store early mornings when I come by for coffee."

The staff are always friendly with a smile on their face despite being in downtown Eugene having to face every type of person imaginable. This location is crucial to the downtown nightlife and I so much appreciate all the work they do."
