Reviews of The Children's Hour Academy
"This review is for the Meridian Campus and done in hopes it will improve its communication. We reached out to CHA in April multiple times by phone and email. We never received an email back or call back. We even called the Jean Campus to see if there was an alternative way to contact the administration at Meridian but they only knew of the phone number on the website. We even stopped by the campus in hopes of meeting with the administration to enroll our child but the number to call to enter the building was the same number that no one answered. I cannot speak on their education or curriculum but their initial communication to enroll your child certainly needs some attention."
"My kids have thrived at CHA! They (a preschooler and an early-elementary student) have attended CHA for 2 years and it has been a fabulous experience. The school promotes kindness and making learning fun. They use ABEKA curriculum. My preschooler is very prepared for Kindergarten, and my grade schooler is reading well above grade level. The teachers are communicative and they will work with you if there is ever an issue with your child’s academic needs or their behavior. My kids have had consistent teachers and the calendar is similar to local school district calendars, plus they have summer programming and care available during winter and spring breaks. CHA has a gymnasium so even on the rainiest days my kids get lots of exercise. The director is approachable and it is a family-run business. They cleaned extensively and followed all the necessary protocols during the pandemic. CHA has been a wonderful place for our kids to grow and learn!"
"I have 2 children who attend CHA and I would absolutely recommend this school to other parents! The facility is clean and spacious with a large gym at the Meridian campus; small class sizes; the teachers are caring, educated, flexible; curriculum is fantastic -- for the toddler/preschool program, great balance between play and structured activities; they have Music Together incorporated within the week; Spanish and German language classes at the Meridian campus; I can go on and on about all the things I like about the place. The teachers communicate on a daily basis online with a summary of what my children did for the day - - and any concerns I have had have been appropriately address by the teacher/directors. I am extremely happy to know that my children are getting quality care and education."
"Both my kids have attended Children's Hour Acedemy from Infant Care through kindergarten. When I transferred my oldest into a highly rated public school we realized the curriculum was at least 1 year behind and limited programs. I couldn't be more pleased with CHA's program and would be happy to refer anyone looking for a high quality education and experience for their child."
