"It has great shade you can still play in rainy day!"
"We came to this park on a summer day. Loved that the playground was covered and shaded. Bathrooms and parking lot make this super family friendly. Lots of sports fields too but we didn't use those."
"Whirling woos and thinga-ma-joos, and spinny things and flingy machines, can all be found in the quaint lil neighborhood by the fire station. Its got a lot of variety like covid has variants (too soon?). So wear a mask, cuz it can get a little rough there and you don't wanna end up with dirt in your mouth. Theres a large bongo set to add to the ambience of a Lord of the Flies type of vibe. Scary."
"This is an awesome Park because it is completely covered you can go rain or shine you don't have to worry about getting all wet in or do you have to worry as much about your kiddos getting sunburned. It is a very clean well-kept Park that I highly recommend! The playground area is fantastic it has all sorts of play equipment for ages ranging from small toddlers to older middle aged kids so it's a great place for the whole family"
"Great park in the summer, but they lock it up in the winter months. Can't wait for them to bring back the summer concerts. Those are the best! — 1/29/22 Update: Still a great, yet small, park to visit, although the field is always locked up for the winter, so I can’t take my dog down to play fetch, which is a bummer since it’s the perfect spot for that. But it’s still a great place for walking, and there’s a covered playground for the kiddos which keeps it dry year round, even on the Portland rainy days. There are bathrooms if you need them, and the park is well maintained and always nice and clean."
