"Kelly the event planner is very unprofessional. The website says that they are opening back up in October 2023, well that’s in 2 days.. I am interested in booking a party for my daughter in December. I scheduled an appointment to discuss details. I received an email confirmation and a reminder. I didn’t see anything about whether it was virtual Or in-person I emailed with zero response. I called and was told she works remotely and is only in on the weekends. The person who answered the phone knew nothing of her having a meeting with me today. She called Kelly and then called me right back saying Kelly was unaware of our meeting today and that the link was suppose to be disabled and that she has no idea when she is reopening. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Kelly could have called me herself and apologized for the miscommunication instead of having someone else do it. If and when they reopen I will take my business elsewhere."
"Kids area is decent, refrigerators didn’t work, so no cold drinks, kitchen was closed so no food, hot or cold really was just a bad experience all around"
"Lots of seating options for adults, plenty of things to play on and with for the kids. Food prices lower than most play places."
"First time here. Not super impressed. They have all sorts of little play houses, castles etc but no little people to play with them. Kitchen and store but nothing to go in them. We ordered lunch and it was awful. Took a half hour to get a cold microwave pizza and 2 canned peach slices. The gal who worked the counter was alone and had too many things to do. Coffee was lukewarm I like the idea but they maybe need a little more attention to detail and another body."
"So stoked we found this place. They let your child play all day in a safe, clean, indoor playground for $3. Madness. And they make nice mochas and caps. They serve beer too! Crazy."
