"While I had no issues with the service itself, Jefferson Towne Pump fraudulently charged my credit card 3x what I had actually spent. This had never happened to me before. When I spoke to the location manager they said "oh yeah, this has happened to other customers before. But it's your bank's fault, not ours" and refused to refund. I had to report the transaction with my credit card company because taking more than was agreed, is fraud. I can see that most reviews are positive reviews so I wonder, where are the reviews from any other customer who has experienced the same overcharge issue? Very disappointing to have this happen from a small town gas station."
