"My last payment fell on 4th week in the month of Feb. The part that was helpful is that I would get a late payment due to only 28 days in the month. It is a leap year so they made the payment for Feb.arrive exactly 3/1/24 plus another Payment on the 4 th Weds in March. Thanks for the once every 5 th year cycle for leap year heads up."

"Every time I call for any reason I’m on hold for 2 or more hours. There’s no option to request them tp call back either. When I updated BOTH my residential and mailing addresses they only updated 1. They do that every time I move. Even though I specifically asked them to update both. Very incompetent office. I understand they’re busy but I shouldn’t have to wait 2+ hours to correct their mistake that they make every time. It’s very frustrating. I’m only giving 2 stars because their email actually does a good job at answering questions. Slow but at least it’s something useful."

"UPDATE: I was there on a closed day, per the spouse. So I got there at 9:17 AM on a Friday, December 8. Maybe I neglected to realize December 6 is a holiday?? There was no one here They should be open, but they weren’t!"

"This is one of the best SS offices. The employees are nice, helpful and knowledgeable. People are not patient enough and don't take into account the number of people that they are dealing with every day and the fact that they have to follow policies when helping us....I think they do a great job!"
