Storage was clean and very accesible, support is so friendly, I was not doing correctly with the code to leave the premise on a Sunday and they went to help me in less than 30 minutes."

"Came in to inquire about a unit, wasn't sure what I was needing. The manager, Falyn, was quite helpful & friendly and she helped me settle on the right unit. Price & regulations are fair as compared to other places I've used in the past. As other reviews said, the grounds could use some updating; but, it's an older location, they can't all be perfect and new & I can see where they have already begun improvements. I did mention the conditions of the facility to Falyn and she said that was something, as a new manager, she was working with the company to rectify. My unit was clean when I got it so that's not an issue; overall, very satisfied."
