Chevron Salem: 24/7 Gas Station

"This Gas Station is a great place to grab gas but if you go inside and go to the register the staff was utterly rude and ridiculous he misgendered my mother yelled at my mother so we walked outside then peeked in the large glass window and he was grabbing himself over and over right in front of the camera. This man is disgusting and utterly unacceptable, I would give this place a Five Star rating in gas but in staff citizenship and Zero Star review…. there is more but I could not explain the rest. I hope this helped and change the way you see everybody in life."

"I won't go back. Their attitudes left a lot to be desired. I went there for the Chevron rewards and was told they were only selling gas for Chevron, and not very nicely. That being the only one that I could find within 4 miles, that had a rewards store, I will not go back."

"A friend of mine ran out of gas and I went over there to help him get some. While we were filling his gas can and talking, a man who appeared to be under the influence of meth and claimed to be the manager came out and started yelling at us. He threatened to pepper spray us and he spit in our faces and on my car. We were paying customers who were only there for a few minutes. I don't know if he had any prior interaction with my friend, but he did not with me. I get that he deals with drug addicts and homeless people regularly, but he doesn't have the temperament to deal with the public. I don't recommend this gas station as long as he works there. The man was approximately 6'1" approximately early forties, over weight and missing 3 or 4 front teeth and the remaining visible teeth were noticeably rotten."

"If it was possible, I would not give this place a star at all. I stopped in to get fuel (diesel) on the morning of March 5, 2023. I noticed that the cash price for diesel was .20 cents more per gallon then most places in town at $4.799/10. I was going to use my credit card and fill the truck, the card price on their sign was $4.899/10. This is really normal through out most gas stations anymore (regardless of how I feel about it). I was prepared to pay the $4.899/10 per gallon but as the attendant started to pump the fuel I noticed that the price on the pump was $4.999/10 per gallon an additional 10 cents over the price being advertised for credit card purchases. I asked the man to stop pumping the fuel because he wasn't charging the advertised price. He told me that if I wanted the advertised price that I would have to go inside and ask for it. I refused and had to force him to stop pumping fuel. Be very careful and check the pump prices at this station compared to what is posted on the sign"

"I showed up and 2 employees were outside I waited for someone to come help me but no one did..the female employee went inside while the male employee was still on his phone talking to someone... I then proceeded to pump my own fuel I was done and the guys was still on the phone and never bother to asked if I need it help...why hire employees when they won't work and we can pump our own fuel??"
