When I called to see if they would be interested in the repair work I needed on my home, they called back same day and scheduled a time to give an estimate in the same week. I had to reschedule last minute and they still made the effort to come out promptly. John, one of the owners, provided a clear estimate and even made my home a priority due to the damage we had and the need to have this done before the rain got too heavy. Rob and Brian were the guys assigned to my home. They were clear with me each step of the way. The work they did was extremely well done and looks wonderful. I also super appreciate how polite and clean they were. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also, Google has them based in Bandon but they had no problem coming out to my home in North Bend!"

Only took them 2 1/2 days including replacing and repairing some baseboards, running out to get matching paint, and tackling some challenges like some of my doors didn’t have bottom clearance for the new flooring. No problem, they were prepared with just the right tools and equipment to take care of it. They even helped take out heavy pieces of furniture and brought back in after the job. "We are so thrilled with our finished project! We had the interior and exterior of the house painted. We had electrical outlets relocated. We had a large whole in the drywall patched (and you couldn't tell it was ever there!) We had plumbing fixtures installed. All of the employees were very respectful of our space and very professional. John kept us in the communication loop and everyone always showed up and on time; if they couldn't, I knew why and when to expect them. John uses the best products on the market and it shows; the quality of the paint job is phenomenal! John always took the time to explain anything and everything until we completely understood; teaching us on the way. The hugh winds we experienced this winter tore off some of my siding. I called John to get it repaired and he quickly came to check out what needed to be done. It didn’t take long before he had members of his team come out and do the repair. They matched the paint perfectly too so that the repair can’t even be seen. Then to top it all off, he didn’t charge me for the repair! Needless to say I was thrilled! I will definitely refer anyone to JFP. Quality work, professional, and customer service beyond belief!
