"Our camper van broke down and even though this repair shop was clearly very busy and booked out for several days, the owner James kindly gave us some quick diy advice to try to replace our coolant sensor ourselves. We were able to get the part but couldn’t find where it was located on the engine. One of the mechanics helped us locate it. When we couldn’t get the old sensor because of not having the right tools , the owner was kind enough to squeeze us in for an appointment the next morning. Very knowledgeable, reasonable charge and excellent service! I felt they went above and beyond and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. I am so grateful we found this repair shop and highly recommend!!"

"***UPDATE 08/03/23**: I continue to be impressed with Bandon Auto! I brought my car in for the scheduled repairs and it was discovered that they received the wrong part. Unfortunately, the correct part is on backorder with an unknown ETA, but they put my car back together and explained some work-arounds I can try in the meantime. Michael was very thorough and patient, and answered all my questions. James assured me he’ll keep trying to get the part or, at least, an ETA. I wasn’t charged for the tear down and reassembly today, and I have my car back for the weekend. These guys are friendly, honest and communicate well. Even though repairs aren’t yet completed, I’m still very pleased with the service! Definitely recommend. *** I’m very pleased with Bandon Auto Repair! I’ve had a nagging electrical issue with my passenger side window, as well as a rubbing noise from the steering when backing/turning. They did a thorough inspection/test drive and ruled out any serious issue with steering/suspension. After doing an oil change/service and lubing the chassis, the noise seems to have resolved itself. They’ve diagnosed the electrical issue as a shorted out door switch actuator due to water exposure, and will be replacing it next week. I anticipate it will resolve the issue. Their prices are very reasonable, and service is great. I would recommend!"
