"Busted a water heater hose in Port Orford on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately it was a complete fixture that had to be replaced. After failing repeatedly to get assistance anywhere within a 30+ mile radius, I got a found and got a hold of Ross. He drove north to Coos Bay, bought the fixture, drove back down to where we were staying, installed and broke in the equipment per factory requirements. Turned out he had replaced a few of these already on his fleet vehicles. Needless to say I was extremely grateful not just for his help, but for being lucky enough to find someone as qualified as he is. He has been doing this for over 10 years, and in addition to his mobile assistance service he also has a year round shop with employees that does RV repair work. The cost was very fair, and even with all his traveling back and forth it was still less than if I had the work done at the dealer. And to top it off he is a really personable and nice guy. If Ross was local to where I live, he would be the only person I would bring my truck to. Thanks Ross!"

"I was traveling far from home towing my camper with family and pets when my radiator failed and started loosing coolant. I was lucky enough to make it back to camp in Cape Blanco State Park where I tried to make a temporary repair but only made the situation worse. I found Ross online and called, left a message and he returned my call promptly. He found the parts and picked them up which was miles away from my remote location and came as promised to make the repair. He took the time to make sure the repair was good and educated me on how to identify possible problems and left me with some top up fluids.
