"Man, when it's 34° and drizzling Eugene is freaking cold. I was walking home from Safeway. The human being with a wheelchair was here. Camped in the same place they were the other day. This time with pizza boxes outside the door. I was down the alley from Whitebird and saw people walking away from there with pizzas. Hilyard Street Market is there. Been THERE for a long time. Half their product is not priced. I am too old for that $#@+. The beer/wine/alcohol store is very much for the college kids, not for me."
