"I work at the Get&Go on Main and 35th in Springfield, I just wanted to mention that the store has new owners and has been remodeled, going on 3years now. So if you had a bad experience/impression then, I hope you will come back and see all the improvements.We accept mobile and paper cig. coupons, EBT is welcome. Our beer cave is kept at 37 degrees with a nice selection, new products are added regularly throughout the store and we are happy to accommodate special requests from our regular customers when possible . Open 365 days, hours are 7am to 9 pm daily, major holiday hours may differ."

"Definitely don’t recommend going here. Lady that’s worked there for years in the morning is always a jerk and is rude about everything. If you tried to even be nice she wouldn’t care and instead you’d just get a snotty attitude from her. She’s a brat and she should know better how to talk to people."

"The nice middle aged woman with brown hair that works during the day takes her sweet time to get to a customer waiting to check out when she is doing another task. Whether it be near the register, or on the other side of the store. She doesnt even say "be right with you" i literally stand there and hear nothing from her until she makes her way to the register, not seconds but MINUTES later. There is a bus stop right outside of the store. Sometimes people may be in a hurry to catch the bus. I work in customer service and stop what i am doing to help the customer, and then go back to my non customer related task. She is very nice, but she really needs to help customers as soon as they are ready to go. Also, the lack of attention probably draws a lot of theft. Not trying to be mean. Just throwing some constructive criticism out there. I do love the store and i do think all the workers are super nice"

"Thompson's Market is a couple blocks from my house, so we go there almost daily. It's a great little store, and the employees are always nice. The owner Steve is WONDERFUL!! GREAT man."

"They are very friendly, however, I did notice the beer and wine selection is pretty minimal. Not a big deal for me. Close, convenient, decent priced cigarettes."
