"I had the worst experience with the gas attendant , Sophia, at the pump this evening. She was extremely rude and didn't know how to pump the gas. She was very rude!! I wound up leaving and not getting any gas. She should not be working with people or trying to pump gas ....horrible experience!! Won't go back because of this !!"
"I have been to this gas station a few times now and every time I have encountered horrible customer service. The staff is very rude, when I asked the manager (John?) to speak to his employees about better customer service, he brushed me off and completely disregarded my comment."
