Them when they over charged me and 3 of the workers hit me kicked my dog and dragged me out of the store and commenced to keep kicking me till a buy stander said they were.callimg the police. Of course Eugene finest never showed the.way these people treat you at this store is wrong and something needs to be done"

"Worst store ever. Don't speak any English so when you have a problem it's you not them. Went to buy cigs and the computer froze he tried to get me to pay for them again and then proceeded to yell at me that I never paid. Rats everywhere in the store like they play by the slushy machine. Super gross don't go here go to Broadway their cleaner Youve been warned."

"Staff was very rude when i went in today. Ignored me when i first walked in, helped the dude behind me in line skipping right over me then doesnt even start my order. Puts down the tablet goes behind the counter and starts hanging out with his buddy instead of doing his job. The management who allow this behavior are almost as worthless as the staff at this location. I truly believe it should be shut down. Between the rats and dicusting bathroom it is easily the bigest healthcode violation i have ever seen except for Brix Chill and Grill in Roseburg."

"Went in and got a fountain soda and a couple chicken strips and after I paid for them they told me they didn't have any ranch after they said they did. And when I paid I gave him a $20 and then he hands me $4 and change and they I said I gave him a $20 he hands me the other $10 he had sitting on the counter all the while the drawer was closed so he was trying to steal from me! Dont Go Here!"

"Soda machine does not have any carbonation, soda machine tastes like mold, and I had a rat run across right in front of me. Disgusting. I thought the old owner was bad... this new one is way worse. I had over 7000 points in the 7-Eleven app, and over only a few visits my point vanished, and I never used them. My guess is the employee just clicked through the prompt asking me if I wanted to "save $1" without asking me If I wanted too or not. They refuse to take bottles and cans like they are required to by law. Their food is always hours old and shriveled up. The last time I had an issue with this store and reviewed it, I was told I was getting a gift card for my trouble from the regional manager, multiple years later I'm still waiting on that gift card. If you need a replacement for the owner, I can't afford the franchise rights, but I'd run the location 1000x better with my 11 years of retail and convenient store experience"
