"During the 2024 January winter ice storm all power was knocked out for 7 days in Thurston and Bob was able to get an issue figured out with my generator after it started running horrible,! Bob is very talented,, something from the factory got caught in the carburetor -he found it quick,! super impressed ,and bob got it fixed and back to me within 6 hours and I was able to use my generator the same day, and on a Sunday,! No one else was open or available, a real life saver thank you..!"
