"Took lotto tickets in, woman at the counter scanned them and said they weren't winners, asked for them back cause I knew they had won. Scanned them, and the app reported they were winners and already paid out. Conveniently, the self scanner "wasn't working" according to the clerk that day. Only 7 bucks, but definitely recommend avoiding this spot."

"Watched the Mexican clerk threaten a black dude with pepper spray for a kid eating a donut. Wild. Unprofessional. Was willing to pepper spray the customers in the vicinity. This guy should be fired immediately."

"This location is NOT open 24 hours. I just came by around 4:30am to get an iced coffee and was greeted by a closed sign on the door. If you're going to be 24 hours, then you're expected to be OPEN. Please change your hours here if you're not going to follow it."

"Last night I was threatened by the gentlemen working the counter. I kindly asked for his supervisors phone number, he grabbed a can of mace and threatened to spray me if I did not leave the store. This is after a previous incident a few weeks back the same employee had sold me the wrong item rushed me out of the store so he could “take a quick drag” of a cigarette and was mad when I wanted him to exchange it for the correct item that I asked for. He told me he couldn’t do it because I didn’t have a receipt, even though he just made the transaction and tossed it in the trash."

"Had my cell phone stolen here. Left it on the counter as I checked out. Returned 10 minutes later. Phone gone, but both employees admitted to seeing a person take it. Someone asked the theif "Is this your phone?" Dude said yes, and the employees thought nothing of it as this person left. Understandably this is not their fault/responsibility. My gripe is that they could've reviewed camera footage on the spot (this was made known by one of the employees as he showed me footage on his smart phone from another theft he was currently reviewing.) Instead he told me he could do nothing until the next day. That however was not actually the case. I could have been helped, and maybe it would've led to my phone being recovered. Moral of the story and point is to bring to light the unhelpful unsympathetic, blatant disregard for a fellow human, and customer by both those employees. The frustration of the interaction is hard to describe. I'm going on strike, and I hope you spend your dollar elsewhere too. Boo 7/11."
