"Each month my rx is late being filled. Leaving a gap where I'm off my meds. When my provider changes to a 90 day fill, they lose the rx each fill. Still leaving me with a gap."

"We had come from out of town to visit family today. My hubby left his meds at home. The pharmacist was wonderful helping us get this worked out for us the night before Thanksgiving! They were so busy and were just so helpful!! We're so grateful for their help and going the extra mile for us!!!"

"I was a bimart I marked customer for years and changed with without any choice it choice and Have always been respectful and respectful and nice about the poor service and the ridiculous phone calls and texts saying my prescriptions were ready when they Are not however however now I am going on 2 weeks without without my prescriptions and was told on Monday that they they would be ready when I came back today is Friday Friday and I was told they would be ready in an hour I only have one hour lunch break and there close tomorrow on Sunday I gave this pharmacy a one on their rating but they truly don't deserve a start don't deserve a star at all I am changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy! I have given Walgreens almost a year to come around around can't wait anymore I need my medicine!"

"Today I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 25 minutes and then decided to come down and I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes without them even coming to the window they saw me sitting there they did not come to the window. When I made a comment about it their reply was they are busy. But good customer service would be them coming to the window when they saw me saying I'll be right with you not being mouthy when you say hey I've been sitting here for 30 minutes what's the holdup"

"Good people but there have been several times I’ve gone to pick up a prescription where they made me wait roughly an hour or more when it was ready the whole time. Doesn’t seem like they communicate well with one another and don’t communicate well enough with their patients. I believe that they can do better. I feel that I am a very patient person so I feel bad having to write this. I felt that I needed to say something since this has happened several times. Just wanted to offer a small suggestion. "
